This policy explains how personal data is processed on this website (disputeguard.ai). The site currently presents DisputeGuard and lets you join a waitlist for early access. No sales or account creation take place here.
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you access the site, Cloudflare processes technically necessary server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, the file requested, volume of data transferred, referrer URL, and browser/operating-system information. This serves the secure, stable and performant operation of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare; EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply to transfers to the USA.
If you sign up via the form, we process your email address in order to inform you about early access and the launch of DisputeGuard. Delivery and management are handled by our processor Klaviyo, Inc. (125 Summer Street, Boston, MA 02110, USA).
We use double opt-in: after signing up you receive a confirmation email and are only added to the list once you confirm. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the unsubscribe link in every email or by an informal message to the address above. A data processing agreement is in place with Klaviyo; EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply to transfers to the USA.
Your data is shared only with the processors named above — Cloudflare (hosting) and Klaviyo (email/waitlist). No further disclosure takes place unless we are legally required to do so.
Cloudflare and Klaviyo process data, among other places, in the USA. Such transfers are based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses as an appropriate safeguard under Art. 46 GDPR.
Server log files are processed for a short period and then deleted or anonymised. Your waitlist email address is stored until you withdraw your consent, or until the early-access process is complete and no statutory retention obligation or legitimate interest requires further storage.
This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies and uses no tracking. Only the technically necessary data required to deliver and secure the page is processed. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing (Art. 21). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
To exercise your rights, an informal message is sufficient: Info@schneller-fahren.com
We will update this privacy policy when our processing changes (e.g. if analytics tools are introduced or the product launches) or when legal requirements make it necessary. The current version published here always applies.
