Yes. DisputeGuard only submits real, verifiable evidence — your order data, delivery proof and (for digital goods) redemption. It invents nothing and manipulates nothing. It just makes your legitimate defense fast, complete and on time.
How do you connect my PayPal? +
Through PayPal’s official third-party access: you grant dispute permission specifically, and we act on your behalf. We only see what’s needed to handle disputes, and you can revoke access anytime.
What happens to my data? +
EU hosting, encryption and a data processing agreement (DPA) are standard. Your customer data stays in the EU and is used only to handle your disputes.
Do you submit automatically? +
Only if you want. The default is draft + one-click approval. Auto-pilot runs with a veto window: you’re notified about every case and can stop it before anything goes out.
Which stores? +
Shopify first, more platforms to follow. Digital products (license keys, downloads, SaaS) are our specialty — physical goods work just as well.
What if you lose a case? +
On the success-based plan you pay nothing for it. If we lose, it costs you nothing — you only pay for money actually recovered.
